Self Guided Snowmobile Tours

Great snowmobiling is not just limited to Yellowstone Park. West Yellowstone has hundreds of miles of groomed trails meandering through the Gallatin and Targhee National Forests. You can ride your snowmobile to the top of Two Top mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of three states, two national parks, and five mountain ranges, on a clear day you can see the Grand Teton's over a 100 miles away. Cross over the continental divide into Idaho where you may snowmobile to a quaint chalet for lunch and feed the large trout at Big Springs (no fishing allowed). The South Plateau trail also offers a breath-taking view of the area adjacent to the border of Yellowstone Park. Excellent trail maps (included with rental) and well marked routes will make your self-guided day outside the Park fun, safe, and easy, even for the beginner.

Drivers must have a valid driver's license in your procession to rent or operate snowmobiles from Two Top Snowmobile Rental, Inc. There are no age restrictions or licensing requirements for passenger.

Clothing Rental: Our high quality outerwear package includes: one piece insulated SnoRider or Cabela jump suit, HJC helmet with full face visor, Polar Tech face mask, mittens, and the best ( warmest ) boots for rent in town (the Sorrel Caribou) $15.00 per day or $5.00 per item ala cart.

Interpretive Guided Snowmobile Tours in the Gallatin or Targhee National Forest: Not required, available upon request. Call For Pricing (800) 522-7802.

Collision Agreement: $10.00 per day per snowmobile with a $300.00 deductible on 4-strokes, a $500.00 deductible on 550 LX and Trail Touring, a $700.00 deductible on 600 HO IQ Touring, 600 HO RMK 144” and 600 HO RMK 155”.

Overnight Rentals: Are available if the snowmobiles are rented for consecutive days, all sleds must be returned to our shop by 5:00 PM on the last day of the rental.

Theft insurance is the responsibility of the renter.
